This policy governs cancellations, reschedules, and refund handling for training and consulting engagements.
1. Course Enrollment Cancellations
- Cancellation requests received 7 days or more before batch start: up to 80% refund.
- Cancellation requests received 3-6 days before batch start: up to 50% refund.
- Cancellation requests received less than 72 hours before batch start or after access to course resources: generally non-refundable.
2. No-Show and Partial Attendance
No-show cases or partial attendance do not qualify for automatic refund. At our discretion, seat transfer to a future batch may be offered.
3. Batch Reschedule by Organizer
If a batch is canceled or significantly rescheduled by us, learners can choose either a full refund or transfer to a future batch.
4. Consulting Engagements
For consulting retainers/project work, refunds are not applicable for work already delivered. Any prepaid amount for uninitiated scope may be adjusted or refunded as per written agreement.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 7-10 business days, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.
6. How to Request Cancellation/Refund
Send your request with payment reference and registered contact details to hello@shashankdubey.in. Requests are evaluated according to this policy and communicated in writing.
7. Policy Abuse
Requests involving chargeback abuse, fraudulent claims, or misuse may be rejected and reported where necessary.
